We made a little trip down to California. It was mainly a business trip for Josh, but we made sure to have fun as well. Being Josh's hometown area, most of his family still lives there, so we were able to spend some quality time with them, along with my little sister flying in to hang out for the weekend as well!
We ate a lot of yummy food, did some "girlie" stuff (shopped, nails, etc), showed Mattie around Santa Monica Pier and gave her the full Venice beach experience (including toe rings and henna tattoos!). Josh even introduced her to his favorite Mexican burrito in all the land, and took her to "his" beach.
It was so much fun spending time with everyone…we love California.
