Almost a mother Mother's day!

I woke up to the smell of pancakes. Confused, I wandered upstairs to find my husband cooking! This doesn't happen at our home. Not only because we haven't had a fully functioning kitchen for the past year, but also because he doesn't know how (Sorry Josh). I LOVED seeing the proud look on his face while making his very first batch of pancakes. He even used a timer on his iPhone to know when to flip them. It was pretty adorable. 

Even though I don't have a child quite yet, Josh made me feel extra special. Apparently the baby wanted to make me feel "special" too by sticking his foot up in my ribs and refusing to move it all evening. Thanks baby!
